Thanks...That would work, but I was hoping for something less tedious. These files often contain 360 points.
I don't think there is a way SW can do it automatically once the points are in a sketch, because it wouldn't know the order you want them connected. But from your other thread here it sounds like you have a list of coordinates in a text file. If you do the curve through xyz using that file it should make a curve, and then if you need it as a sketched spline you can always start a 3D sketch and convert entities with the curve.
Is it not as simple as clicking the spline tool, starting at one point, then clicking every point in order?
Little bit time consuming but not sure there is another way?
