Is there a multi-line sketch function with a constant/variable offset I am not aware of? I know AutoCad has one where you define an offset, however I can't seem to find it in Solidworks 2014.

no there is not, sorry. You would have to use the offset entities tool, you could make the center pathe and offset both sides.
Are you talking about the offset entites (shown below) feature as shown in the sketch tab? If not can you please elaborate?
Not quite. I am familiar with the offset tool. The difference is that is used after a line is drawn. A multiline function draws 2 lines at once at a user inputted offset. Here is a video of it being used in AutoCad: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yP7bDnUxEHY
I don't have access to youtube at work but I know what yoiu are talking about now. A co-worker of mine uses it for drawing circuit board traces. I do not think there is an option to do that in SolidWorks but I could be wrong.
The answer is no, SolidWorks doesn't have a multi-line tool like AutoCAD. What would you use a multi-line tool for if you had one?
