Hi there,
I need to do some rather complex thermal simulation on sleeping bags and was wondering how powerful the thermal simulator on SolidWorks is. Can I adjust things like humidity, air movement, temperature within different zones, insulation values ect.? I would like to use a program like the pricier MSC Nastran, but I'm afraid that isn't in the budget. Thanks!
You could do this in flow but not in solidworks sim thermal. In that program you enter the heat transfer coefficient based on the conditions of the environment, not he environment.
