Solidworks doent allow me to do that so think if any other trick or idea to do so..

It's unfortunate that after years of being asked for the ability to mirror a 3D Sketch it seems to have been ignored. In my search to find a solution it seems the most common response is "why would you want to?" which is not helpful, to put it politely. Does it really matter why? Obviously people desire the functionality. In my instance it's to use as a control curve for a loft which I wish to be symmetrical in one plane but not in another. Sure, I could kludge together some work around but that's not exactly the most elegant solution. Ah well.
Convert the 3d sketch into a surface (you can sweep one more sketch entity along this sketch) and then mirror that surface body. Finally start another 3d sketch and convert entities of the edge.
