Are there any free *.catpart file viewers for solidworks as add-in or standalone program?

After a few tries and searches I found 3dXML CATIA viewer, which is great, but - I have no CATIA to convert *.catpart files to *.3dxml. Other solution that I have found is eDrawings for CATIA, but the problem is - not freeware.

My work partners use CATIA v5, but I am Solidworks 2014 SP4.0 user. Bosses asked me to try every possible variant, to save money first and get a free viewer, if possible.
