Numbering parts for BOM

I have an assembly like this:

     -Configuration -H

          -Case -H

          -Left Cover -H

          -Right Cover -H

          -Deflecting nozzle sheet -H

          -Alluminium profile

     -Configuration -V

          -Case -V

          -Left Cover -V

          -Right Cover -V

          -Deflecting nozzle sheet -V

          -Alluminium profile

Where Case -H and -V are configurations from Case part. The same for the other parts, except Alluminium profile.

When I insert the assembly, create the BOM and create ballons, I get the #1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 ID for parts and parts configurations.

The problem comes when I do the same with the other assembly. I get same #ID for parts, and should be like the attached .jpg

If I create a BOM containing both configurations, I get correct #ID and the balloons are OK. (jpg) but not when I only have two separate BOM.

Configurating BOM, I checked 'Show configurations for the same part as separate parts' and unchecked 'Show as one part number'.

Sorry, I'm working on the spanish version and don't know the literal translation.

Why SolidWorks doesn't assign an ID for each part/configuration inside the assembly and get this ID for BOM at drawing files? Thus, there will never be duplicate numbers.

Thank you in advance.
