"Unable to offset entities" error on cut sweep feature but no error showing in sketch?

Hi Everyone,

 

This problem could be just me being a bit stupid, but I have en error that keeps appearing on my cut sweep feature and won't go away.

The error says "Unable to offset one or more sketch entities." The error is on the path sketch of my cut sweep feature but when you open up the sketch none of the entities are showing to have a problem and the cut sweep feature is still working perfectly fine.

 

Am i missing something or is this just solidworks having a funny 5 minutes?

 

I have attached the part file below and the feature that is showing the error is "Cut- Sweep4", "Sketch54"

Correct Answer

Amanda,

I redid the offset in Sketch54 & no longer get the error, although it does create errors further down the tree. I right clicked one of the  edges to offset & selected loop, then did the offset. There are two short lines created around one of the oval bosses, I deleted these & added a radius to all four corners, which made them all tangent, whereas before they weren't. Created the sweep & all was OK.
