PDMWorks Workgroup 2007 update

I have tried to update the Vault from Sp0.0
After I run "pdmwupdater.exe" I need to tell the location of the Vault.
When I do, the Vault does not respond. And the update fails.

I did lock the Vault before I run the updater.

Any suggestions?
