yes it is ok , but i want to deticate a specific user to use a perimum
You can use an "options" file to assign the licenses to a specific user. See link below for options available. Also S-061531 in the knowledge base talks about doing it by IP address.

Remember that each machine using a premium license will also require a standard license, as the premium functions are all add-ins.
