Why on earth can't i just click smart dim, select the ellipse anddimension it???
It won't even dim to the center point of it!!!
It won't even place a center mark on it!!!

Yes, i can dimension it with work senseless arounds..
No model dim's aren't an option...
This must be the the torus dimensioning shortfall too i guess?

Come on.. SW is supposed to be the Best!!
Something else out there does this with no trouble orworkarounds..as with torus dimming too....

Anyhow, it's just something that should be able to do withoutsketch workarounds or inserting model dims..
Isn't that why it's called "Smart" dimensioning?
