So I have this pipe and I was wondering if there is any way to make the corner of this solidworks part to be more angular (90 degrees) while retaining its cylindrical shape.
Here's my modified version of yours.
I altered very few things and this is no where near how I would do it myself, then again I don't know what the reason is why you did what you did in the first place.
Hope it helps
Do you mean like this ?
If not, please clarify.
Yes! That's what I needed. I've tried using surface extruding two perpendicularly aligned cylinders and surface trimming them but to no avail; the parts I need appear to disappear when I trim them. How did you do yours?
I'm thinking of filleting the sharp corners and using this for artistic purposes. Thanks for helping!
If you need what Peter has suggested then you can do that via one sweep feature. Any specific reason you've to create so many features.
The one sweep feature greatly helped with this design. Thank you!
Why not use Weldments and then use the structural members (CHS).

Unfortunately I do not have access to structural members for some reason. I appreciate the help though!
