Sorry, I'm not understanding. Can you explain better or show images of what you are wanting?
according to the image, I wanted the hole table only showing the holes inside the red circle, but when I create the table is included other characteristics that are in the green circle, I do not want this information on the table.
You can create this table the way I need?

You could delete the rows in the table which refer to the unwanted holes.
-or-
You could select only the edges of the holes you want when creating the table.
-or-
You could split the face of the part so that only the wanted holes are selected when selecting the face for the Hole Table.
