As I make my way through the land of Solidwork Simulation and Flow and getting more complex, I'd like to validate some very simple models with hand calcs or information from a paper. I'm imagining something as simple as a solidblock in an enclosed container in contact with an insulator gap pad (thermally conductive) and a water channel surrounded by aluminum. You can see my 5th grade picture version in the attached JPEG. It doesn't necessarily have to be this but does the community know of any white papers or academic papers in which I could model something simply and then verify the Solidworks results with the corresponding data in the paper? I'm particular interested in simulating the flow of water and air for when I build up a more comlex model. Thank you.
