I'm trying to shell out a geometry, which happens to have a minimumradius of curvature problem. the thing is, i don't really need thearea with the minimum radius shelled out..
the geometry looks like this:

where, i want the main body of the craft shelled out, but not thevertical fins... i tried doing this by chopping off the fins, andshelling it, it worked well, but then i don't have the fins.. I'drather not make it an assembly, because we're going to be buildingit in the stereolith machine, and it doesn't like mated parts.
So, is there a way to shell within a certain region?
