After exploding a multibody using the new explode functionality for multibody parts, is it possible to "reuse explode" of that body in an assembly view (similarly to the way one can do a "reuse subassembly explode")?
As far as I know you cant directly re-use the multibody explode. There are some alternatives and I'm sure we can get to the result you are looking for. What is the end goal? Do you need to use the explode on a drawing?
For now we made do with a separate isometric of the exploded multibody on the page next to the exploded assembly... good enough in this project to show the parts, but not exactly what we had in mind. The goal we had in mind is not necessarily important enough - in this project - to bother with alternate configurations of the part and then of the assembly. But in the future it would be good to know how to do it, if you have a quick workaround...
I guess that option is not available right now. So your best option is to create configuration and use move/copy body to create the exploded part.
Also raise an ER for it too.
