What is the best way to learn using the Part Reviewer Samples to understand the process of creating parts or prints ?
Welcome to the fourm. The tutorials included with SolidWorks are a good place to start.
Part reviewer is a good tool for viewing the steps used in building a part. I would strongly suggest working thru the tutorials furnished as part of SolidWorks. They have some good sample files but I would also suggest that you try to build some models of some everyday items you see around you. Another good resource would be this discussion forum and also attend a SolidWorks User Group if there is one near you.
There are also tutorials and information on the my.solidworks site via the Learning Tab
