Can you change 2d DXF to 3din SW

Hi all,

I am wondering if sw will do what I need. I need to be able to import a 2d dxf with bend lines on it and create a 3d file of the part pressed up. I will then import the SAT, STEP or IGES 3d file into my Press Break software to run a simulation of the part being pressed up.

My press uses cadman which is from LVD company. Currently I have to use 2d DXF's with the bend lines on it but in most cases cadman crashes... apparently cadman prefers the 3d type files.

Anyone know if sw will do the trick???

Thanks in advance
