Solidworks 2014 SimulationXpress Issue Gonna Nuke This Thing

I know this question has been asked and answered in some forms but i cannot seem to resolve the issue after trying all the fixes in the knowledge base i could find

windows 7 pro 64 bit

all supported system architecture and GCard

when i load a part and run simulationxpress i get a brief load screen then the an error "Failed to create parametric object" then a blank task pane,..

Ive tried registering dll's,

turning of UAC and virus software

clean uninstall and reinstall

emptying temp files

running as admin (i think)

and patting my head while rubbing my belly

so please if anyone out there can help that would be great,....

(i have a similar issue with the toolbox but ill get to that later)

what service pack are you running?
did simulationxpress ever work for you?
which graphics card in particular are you using?
when you installed, were av and as tools disbled? how was the software installed in general?
is this a brand new system or are you coming from a previous version?
have you already reinstalled pre-recs? (not recommending yet, just want to make sure that is part of your list)
system was up to date with all its shots...etc?

assuming you've already talked to your VAR about this and they didn't have a soilution for you?

  This is a brand new system and brand new install of SW2014
  
  Just installed SP4
  
  Graphics are Intel HD Graphics 4000 and NVIDIA Quadro K1000M
  
  SimulationXpress has not worked
  
  windows and system was as up to date as IT and i could get it
  
  When installed it was with AV disabeled as admin using the download file from our retailer not the dvd and in a clean environment. I have also tried a clean uninstall and reinstall
  
  not sure about the Pre-Recs but tried all the options that VAR suggested from the knowledge base and its still persistent I have limitted IT support from my company on most things

      Here is what the SolidWorks Knowledge Base says regarding an empty SimulationXpress window:
      
      “If you are running Windows Vista or 7, please turn off User Account Control (UAC) by following steps 1-4 below.
      
      1) Reboot the machine
      2) Log in as administrator. Without administrative privileges, changes may not take effect.
      3) Turn off UAC
      4) Reboot the machine
      
      If this does not work, you will have to register a couple .dll's manually.
      
      Go to the command prompt and type these two commands separately:
      1) Regsvr32 <Solidworks\simulation path>\ CSQuickTips.dll
      
      2a) <Solidworks\simulation path>\ regserver32 Parametricobject.dll (for 32 bit only)
      2b) <Solidworks\simulation path>\ Parametricobject.exe /Register (for 64 bit only)
      
      These two dll's are always automatically registered when you start Simulation XPress. The only thing what would prevent it from registering is UAC.”
      
      Since it seems like you have limited access due to IT, I think it may be best if you followed these steps, and then had your IT sign onto the machine and start SolidWorks and add-in all of the add-ins, and start SimulationXpress on a part. This should help ensure that all DLL files are correctly registered. Then they should be able to log out and log in as you and it should be good to go.

      1. (64-bit only) The "swvbaserver.exe" process is not running.
      This process is vital to the stability of SolidWorks x64 and must always be running. This process can be cannibalized by anti-virus software. Please make sure your anti-virus software is ignoring the entire SolidWorks installation folder, and/or create an exception for it. This has also been known to be caused by SPR 685318 in SolidWorks 2013 SP0-SP4. Issue was resolved in 2013 SP5 and 2014.
      
      2. The Hole Wizard and Toolbox folder path in System Options > Hole Wizard/Toolbox is not accurate; ensure that the correct path is set and the SWBrowser.mdb file is not corrupt. To test for corruption, rename the existing database and temporarily replace it with the default SWBrowser.mdb file located in "C:\Program Files\SolidWorks Corp\SolidWorks\Toolbox\data utilities\lang\English".
      
      3. The system is very low on memory.
      To check whether this is the case, track the amount of memory used by SolidWorks via Performance Monitor, as described in Solution S-020994 or with VMmap described in Solution S-052810. If the virtual bytes measurement is in the range of 1.5GB to 2GB for a 32-bit system, then the error is likely caused by insufficient memory. In this case, the user may consider initiating Hole Wizard first immediately after launching SolidWorks, enabling the 3GB switch (S-05432), or switching to a 64-bit system with more physical memory (RAM). Without making any changes to the system, a possible workaround is to close other files and applications which are not in use.
      
      4. The .mdb database file is corrupt.
      HoleWizardFavorites.mdb is a database which stores Hole Wizard favorites. It is generated when the user first creates a Hole Wizard favorite by clicking "Add or update favorites" in the Hole Wizard Property Manager. If a corrupt HoleWizardFavorites.mdb file is suspected, try generating a new database file:
      a) Check the location of the Hole Wizard Favorites database, in System Options > File Locations > Hole Wizard Favorites Database.
      b) Browse to that directory in Windows Explorer.
      c) Rename HoleWizardFavorites.mdb to something else, such as HoleWizardFavorites_old.mdb
      d) Restart SolidWorks.
      e) Create a new Hole Wizard favorite.
      A new HoleWizardFavorites.mdb file should be generated automatically.
      In SolidWorks 2007 SP3.0 and previous versions, the equivalent of HoleWizardFavorites.mdb is Default.mdb.
      
      5. The user does not have sufficient permissions to HoleWizardFavorites.mdb database file.
      Check the permissions to the folder where HoleWizardFavorites.mdb exists. The user should have read/write permissions. Some tests to verify whether the user has sufficient permissions include:
      - Opening HoleWizardFavorites.mdb from the local machine using either Microsoft Access or Excel.
      - Moving the database file to a different location and changing the path in System Options > File Locations > Hole Wizard Favorites Database.
      - Logging into Windows as Administrator and checking whether the behavior is the same.
      
      6. A necessary DLL(s) is not registered.
      The most common cause of this problem is the presence of an anti-virus program running during the installation of SolidWorks. The following DLLs must be registered in order for Hole Wizard favorites to function properly (the first two DLLs listed are the most likely cause):
      
      - "C:\Program Files\Common Files\System\ado\msadrh15.dll"
      - "C:\Program Files\Common Files\System\Ole DB\OLEDB32.DLL"
      - "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft shared\DAO\dao360.dll"
      - "C:\Program Files\Common Files\System\ado\msadox.dll"
      - "C:\Windows\System32\msjetoledb40.dll"
      - "C:\Windows\System32\msjet40.dll"
      - "C:\Windows\System32\msjtes40.dll"
      
      On 64-bit computers, the paths are typically different, though the DLLs are the same. The DLLs will be found in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files" and in "C:\Windows\SysWOW64"
      
      To register the DLLs:
      a) Log into Windows as Administrator.
      b) Open a command prompt (Windows Start > Run > type cmd, hit enter)
      c) In the command window, type regsvr32 followed by a space.
      d) In Windows Explorer, browse to the DLL file which needs to be
      e) Drag the DLL file into the command window.
      f) After the full path name of the DLL file populates in the command prompt, hit enter.
      g) A message should appear stating whether the registration succeeded.
      h) Once the DLL files have been registered, restart SolidWorks and check whether the issue still occurs.
      
      If an error is encountered while registering DLLs, make sure that Windows® XP SP2 or later is installed, as the installation of Windows XP SP2 automatically installs the 2.8 SP1 version of the Microsoft® Data Access Components (MDAC). If the failure is still detected, download and install the latest version of the MS Jet database components.
