First I want to say that the users on here have been very helpful. Thank you for sharing your knowledge!
The engineering department has been mentioning to me that they are having trouble with accessing the most current version of a cad drawing after it has been checked in with changes. Sometimes the only solution for them has been shutting thier workstation down and trying again which solves the probelm. Is there some kind of wierd update issue going on here that I should be aware of? Or has anyone else had these symptoms? Thanks.

In the Enterprise PDM Administration Tool, you may want to check the user settings under 'Reference Dialog' and be sure that 'Always work with the latest version of files.' is checked.
