ADDED TABS ON UNFOLDED HELIX LOFTED BEND WILL NOT REFOLD.
SOLIDWORKS 2014 SP3.0 - WINDOWS 8.0
I am making a sweeping curve for a conveyor and i need to add tabs for some crossmembers. I created the two helix sketchs and then lofted the 3d sketch. I then unfold and add my tabs but it will not refold. error: part contains features that cannot be unbent. Please help.

Thank you Jeff. I tried that and it does work for a bit until I open it back up after saving. THe unfold seems to stop working and then loses my flat side I cut from. I know Inventor will let me add the tabs and then refold with no problem. Is there a bug in the the unfold command?

Expand "Lofted Bends1" and check if "Freeform Bend1" is supressed. It was when I opened your file, and it was causing an error. Unsuppressing it seems to fix the problem for me though.
Rather than adding tabs, increase the height of the base and then create cuts to make the tabs. I tried a quick test and had mixed results, depending on location and quantity.
