Hello,
I have a problem thickening the surface of this part. I am not sure how to fix the radius of curvature in the part. Any help would be appreciated.

Delete Surface-Loft7, then Knit all the surfaces together. You should be able to thicken it after that.
I apologize. That loft 7 was a stupid mistake. Thanks for pointing that out. I deleted surface loft 7 and was able to knit all parts together but failed to thicken the knit as a whole. Any suggestions?
I think the problem is in the way you created the surfaces, they do not join smoothly. The sections you chose to fill are too complex for making the surfaces tangent. I tried separating the sections differently so check out my example and see if it works for you.
I'm sorry but could you please upload it again in a different way? I seem to be not able to open the file and it gives me an error saying it is a "future version."
Oh I guess you are not on SW2014. I have attached an IGS file so you won't be able to edit it but you should be able to see how I separated the surfaces for my fills.
This design is amazing and way better than mine! I opened the igs file in solidworks 2013 and imported it with the standard feature. Did you only to cut revolves for the whole thing? (that's all there is on the sides) when I examine the faces you made it only points to the "imports" on the tab in the left side. How can I examine more of what you did with the faces?
The features that show up after you run Feature Wizard are not actually the features that were used to build the part. But if you click on the curved faces you will see the outline. Basically I just deleted your surface lofts, drew a bunch of sketches to create those outlines and then did surface fills to fill them in.
