I had created a BOM template with Weight, Lenghts of the components and whenever i use that template and try to export BOM to excel, i get the popup msg saying row height or column width is too large to export. here is a screenshot of the message. Any plz help me out....

This is a known issue and was fixed in SW2010 SP 3 (as per SPR #: 500153). If you still have issues then please report to your VAR.
Workaround (as per Solution Id: S-038944) : Save the BOM in CSV format and then open the file in Excel to convert to Excel format.

BTW you didn't posted anything wrong but I would have been happy if you tried to search for the issue in SW forums, Knowldge Base, etc. using which you could have found the answer yourself.
Please make sure to report the issue to your VAR.
