I have posted this couple of days ago but I didnot get an answer any comments is highly appreciated

I want to thicken the surfaces of a volute as attached by 3.5mm to outside however I face with an error when I use the thicken option. I have knit all the surfaces together but still getting error. I have also try to make solid and shell it but I still face with the same problem

Any help is appreciated
