Run the SolidWorks Rx > Diagnostics tool to see what it reports.
What are your system specs?
Did you perform a clean uninstall when upgrading to SW14?
Have you tried running a repair of SW?

Yes I ran SolidWorks Rx but no errors found.
I tried the previous posted examples in two different workstations, the same problem of crush happened.
did it ever work?
i believe there is a known crash issue with 2014 sp3.0 that you can get a hotfix from your reseller to resolve
but need more information to know for sure that is what is causing you problems
