Problem with the Thicken feature

I have a volute geometry that I obtained from another software which consists of surfaces only. I want to Thicken the surfaces for manufacturing, 1 surface is thicken with no porblem but there are 2 surfaces (attached) that I have problem in using the Thicken feature as the surfaces geometry is complex. Is there any way that I can sort out this issue? is there any other way to thick these surfaces?

Any comments is highly appreciated

Can you attach the part to look at. BTW did you used CFTurbo for creating the volute?

  Exactly, I used that for creating volute,I want to creat a uniform thickness of 3.5 mm on all surfaces.
  Can you let me know how to attached the file here i can not find any item for that
