I have a question about the drawing of an internal thread.

After making an internal thread in the part file, I try to make a drawing from this part file, but in the drawing the outer circle which represents the root diameter of the internal thread turns out to be a full circle instead of a quarter-cut circle (see the attached file).

May I ask how to get a quarter-cut circle? Or is it a bug?
