Is there a way to have the terminal blocks Marked with the wire mark that is attached to it? When our panels are made we have the terminals marked with the wire that is in it. This way when wiring you just have to match up the wire with the terminal with the same mark on it.

This will change the marking on the drawing. Unfortunately, the terminal designation does not change within the system.
When generating a terminal layout the terminal marks will still be sequential rather than the wire mark.

Recommend you keep the terminals in the schematic as they come, or some simple variant, but that you add the field for wire number to your report. You could create a custom report with just the equ numbers listed in a big table and export it out.

Ron's solution is perfect for the schematic. When creating your 2D cabinet layout, add the #Px_WIRE_TAG_0 attribute to your 2D footprint symbols to have them display the wire number. If you assign the terminals to different strips as you insert them into the schematic, it'll make the cabinet layout a lot easier. For example, I keep all of the terminal blocks for grounds in one strip, +24VDC in one strip, then wire numbers in another, then place the strips in the cabinet without worrying about individual terminal blocks.
You need to replace the #short tag attribute used in the terminal symbol you use to the "#P_EQ_0" one found in the connection point attributes
