Anyone else having trouble logging into the customer portal? I keep getting a message saying "Login failed, please try again."
I'm using the same password that I used to log in to the forums, so it shouldn't be an issue with that.
Try your alternate email in the CP. We recently updated your profile based on the issues you were having with the display of your name.
If that doens't work, shoot me an email and we'll take this offline.

I am sorry to bother you, but was wondering if you could suggest a fix for my customer portal issue. When in SolidWorks, when I open "SolidWorks Resources" tab, I used to be able to click on the customer portal tab and enter into it. I had a hard drive issue and had to replace it. When I entered into SolidWorks after the install, I can no longer open the customer portal through the "SolidWorks Resources" tab. Would you happen to have a suggestion to fix the issue? Thank you in advance.

Do you have the Customer Portal link on the Resources Tab? If so, what happens when you click on it?
Yes, this is where my issue is located. When I click the customer portal tab nothing happens.
Do any of the other links work? User Groups? Discussion Forum?
Yes, they all work, customer portal being the exception.

Sorry, no luck. I found an SPR that was related, but the link worked - it just went to the wrong place.
