Anybody have experience with multiple rack and pinion mates? I'm trying to model a rotary input to a (red) pinion thatdrives a (yellow) rack - there is a pin on the (yellow) rack whichhas another (blue) pinion attached so that a second (purple) racktravels twice as far as the second pinion - there is a stationary(green) rack to make the secondary pinion rotate as ittranslates - make sense? a rack with mechanical advantage - Ican get the first rack & pinion mate to work fine - but whenthe blue pinion is moved by the yellow rack it seems todisregard the rack & pinion mate to the green rack - anybodyever seen a similar issue?
