How many pieces are you hoping to make that with?
How are you expecting to join them?
My preference would be to create that from scratch with the Sheet Metal functions. Create one flat side & one curved (complete with all holes) and then mirror those bodies.

I assume you mean 4 pieces welded together. That's way too big for one piece, and you would have a real tough time creating those bends in one piece.
It really does not matter how many pieces, however I can not get the dome to convert to any sheet metal
If you want to actually create the "pipe" it very much does matter how many pieces and where they are bent.
I need the dome part to be connected to a flat edge in order to mount it correctly
If you can open the part I posted, adjust the sketches to suit.
ok I think I figured it out, I need to start with the dome, and use flandge tool to create the image needed, thank you
This maybe of some added help, you'll need to unsurpress the fill grid pattern.
Kelvin was right it's one big pc.
