Cannot start workgroup pdm service

Hi Guys,

 

After installing WPDM 2013 server, I cannot start workgroup pdm service. Please see below for the error message.

I tried to uninstall and reinstall WPDM 2013 but problem still exist.

 

Below is the event log:

When I install WPDM 2014 server, I have no problem.
