Is edrawings compatible with the Blackberry z10?
If so, where and what do I download?

You can get eDrawings through Android Marketplace (Google Play) or on the iTunes Store.
There's a regular viewer version for $2 or a professional version for $10
Obviously this means you have to have an Android or iPhone. It's not available for other moble OS's
