My drawing view doesn't allow extended dimension extension lines, possibly because the radius center is outside the box (whatever its called).  I tried cropping, didn't work..  Suggestions?  See attached, the 6.19 dimension stops way short of the radius center.  No, I don't want to extend the center point.
