Registering product in the portal

I am having an issue registering my product in the customer portal. When I enter my serial number it takes me to a page to ask what my software package is. When I enter that it takes me to another page that says product licensing on the top of the page then has a gray box with the title “Message:” with no other text in the box then just a “NEXT” button at the bottom left. When I hit the button it reloads the same page and never moves any further. How can I get arounf this?
