Not sure if this is where this question should go but here it is. I created this ring using mirrored lofts. I merged the results. Everything looks fine. When I import it into my rendering program it shows the lofts as 4 seperate pieces. Not the look I am going for. I was trying to achieve one continuous smooth surface. Not sure if this is something I need to fix within Solidworks or if this is something within my rendering program. I am attaching the part file and a jpg of the rendered ring. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Avoid Mirror Feature.
Make use of Mirror in Skech environment. Hope it will meet your expectations. All the best.

  I am going to try and mirror within the sketch. I tried this originally but when I performed the loft it would not follow the guide curves. On one side it would follow it completely and on another side there was a bit of a concavement. This was why I had to mirror the features.

    I have seen something like that before. You may need to add another guide sketch where the concavement occurs.

As Sandip mentioned, the mirror feature will produce multiple faces. The only way to get a single face is to create the mirror in the sketch or use a revolve (requiring bigger changes possibly). I suppose you could go back in and delete the 4 faces you want to be singular and then patch it. This may give you the desired result.

Malania,

I didn't open your part (no time and probably can't anyway, since I am still running SW2010), so I am just going by the image. I am assuming that the problem is the apparent four faces on the front of the two leaf shapes.

Are you sure that your surfaces are tangent where they meet? If not, you need to make them so. You might find it helpful to use "helper" surfaces, so that you can make your lofts tangent or curvature continuous to the helper surface. I would also use Boundary Surfaces (or Bodies) rather than Lofts, as Boundary gives you more control over the edge condtions than Loft.

How do your surfaces looks when you evaluate them with the Zebra Stripes or Deviation Analysis?

  As Jerry suggested, you could use Boundary surfaces instead of Lofts. I have attached a file in v2012 which has your original surfaces and a new surface that I built based on redrawing your curves and using Boundary surface. Hopefully you can open this file.
  
  The issue is surfaces as they are constructed in SolidWorks. There is a break in the tangency, and that becomes the hard edge you see in the rendering. You can also see this in SolidWorks. The blue grey surface is my rebuilt version.
