Hi all, we have an issue with our hole wizard. When selecting M32x1.5 we get an error "Thread data not found for 'M32x1.5' size" I checked in the tool box configuration and the information is there for it. How can we fix this issue? See attached images...
Should have a file called holecallout.txt in that location.
Thanks for the quick response. I checked for that file and none of our computers here have it anywhere on the 'C' drive or our network path where we keep our common shared SW database files. How can I get a copy of that file? I am searching the install dvd now but not sure if it is compressed in there somewhere and if it will be found.

The calloutformat.txt file we have and SW is set to the correct file location for it. You mentioned a holecallout.txt file, I am guessing that is not a file that you meant to mention earlier?
Any other ideas how to fix this issue of thread data not found?

Unfortunately this doesnt help. We dont have toolbox so we can only access configuration of hole wizard items.

It seems like custom size added to the toolbox
Your second picture shows there is a size, but have you filled in all the Thread Data in the standard properties of your toolbox?
Once you fill in all that information, it should work
Thanks, but I think my 3rd picture is the information your speaking of. Is my 3rd picture the information you are talking about?
I also tried editing the database with microsoft access. I deleted the information from the size list and the tap data and re-entered it however SW still says same error.

You can make this work thru your toolbox configuration (editing database file is risky and maynot work)
Can you please explain the way you created this in the first time?
I don't remember how it was created before, it has been too many releases ago. It has been at least 4 years since we added it to our database. I think it would have been added with Microsoft Access as that was the way to add items into the database at the time as I recall.

It may be a pointing error. Check where it looks for the data under tools>options>system options>file locations>hole call out. and make sure it is pointing to the appropiate file location.
