The model shows them fine or when I open the specific model view and go back to the drawing view they show but if I go to another view they don't.
Do you have View Sketches turned on in your drawing?
Make sure there aren't any dangling or unsolvable relations in the exploded line sketch. Sometimes that can make the lines not show up on a drawing.

Shane, explode lines are added to the view once it has finished generating. If you edit your model and go back to the drawing, you might have to wait for the drawing view to finish updating before the explode lines will show up. Give it a couple of minutes.
Also, you might check to make sure large assembly mode is turned off.
I have been waiting, still nothing.
Large assembly mode is off.
On smaller assembly drawings they come in fine.
When you hover your cursor over the view, does the pointer change to a white frame with a white ligtening bolt over it?
No, the pointer stays the same.
I have the same problem can you help me. on my view the pointer changes to a white frame with a white lightening bolt over it.
If your icon changes to a lightening bolt then you can try enabling high-quality shading by picking on the view border to display the view property manager and thne in the Shading quality tile, select High-Quality
If you have SolidWorks 2013, then the high-quality option will be at the bottom of the property manager.
If you have a version earlier than that, then I believe the only thing to do is wait while the view rezzes up and the explode lines will appear on their own.
All of this is assuming you're talking about a shaded view and not an HLR view
What version of Solidworks do you have?
