Which Operator is required to move components relatively from sub-assembly?

Hello,

 

I want to know, which operator is required to move components from flexible sub-assembly?

 

I have used function 'CompConfigProperties4' to solve sub-assembly as flexible and used Drag Operator to move the components.

But here drag operator fails. Also i have tried this with IComponent2::SetTransformAndSolve2 then also it fails.

 

Pleas help me to resolve this problem?
