I’m trying to create a curved tube made up of 8 helices. I got the steps down…
- Sweep a tubular surface along the curved path.
- Sweep a flat surface that twists along the path.
- Create an Intersection Curve where the two meet for the curved helical path.
- Sweep a profile along the Intersection Curve to create the solid.
- Rinse and repeat…
The problem I’m having is the first twist along the Surface Sweep is not regular (like the rest of the 16 turns). VAR Tech Support cannot figure it out so I thought I would toss it out to you guys (and gals).
