It said not 'expected version (16.02)', what does this mean---do I have to reinstall Solidworks?

Did you updated SW recently? If yes then toolbox was not updated properly or to latest version. Look for a toolbox update utility in the toolbox folder OR SW installation folder (not in front if SW) so can't remember the path. Use that utility to update toolbox and check again.
In case you've multiple version on same machine then make sure that their toolbox are in separate folder and toolbox path is correct under options.
I had two installs, ends up removing both and deleting 'solidworks data folder' then reinstall Solidworks 2013. Were updating to 2014, but our IT guy only show up on Thursday, there's nobody here to update our server to 2014--so Solidworks could recognize our network license.
