Question concerning isometric view

Good day,

I have a question concerning an isometric view in 2D sketch converted from a 3D part. Just as an example, I have the following part:

The dimensions are in millimeters.

I might be mistaken, but shouldn't the drawing lines "1" and "2" of the side views have the same dimensions of the isometric view? I mean, I had to adjust the scale of the isometric view to match the real dimensions of the part. Am I missing something? If I reduce the scale of the isometric view, then the drawing line "2" won't have 90 millimeters anymore. However the "smart dimension" will show the 90-millimeter dimension.

Thanks in advance.
