Hey everyone,

I just got word from my boss that I would be submitting a sheetmetal design for a competition.  The competition is held by our fab equip supplier and they ask that we submit a design that pushes the limits of their equipment.

The type of equipment I intend on using for the build will be a laser/turret punch machine and a CNC break press.  We have other equip but between these two machines, I know I can make a pretty complex part. 

I need some ideas that will really push the limits of our equipment and impress the boss .  If anyone has any suggestions or designs of their own that have some good examples of complex sheet metal elements, please share.
