initiatoion of installation error

hello. i cant initiate the installation for the solid works. i have tried 3 different version on 3 different pcs. but im getting the same thing.

Hi Ghasem,

The attached screen shot does not contain any message.

Can you tell the OS details?

You need Windows 7 Service Pack 1 or above to install SolidWorks 2014. Please check that.

Hi My name is Michael... I am wondering if you got this issue fixed? I am having the same kind of problem..... : with 2014 64x on at least two computers a Surface Pro 3 and a Dell Inspiron 15 500 series.

the solution is to use a good ISO opener, i have used alchohol120% and it worked great.
