No one else has this question
faith in the accuracy of the flat pattern?
the question is: why do they let so big mistake in this feature?. Even the Solidworks help is not enough remarked this issue.
In Solidworks we have a tool that can design things that cannot be manufactured, Solidworks software is not the designer and has no knowledge on how it might be used. SolidWorks sheetmetal functions very well within some known limitations, unfortunately for you it was not developed to do your particular job. It most likely can do this job with and add-in such as LogoPress or Blankworks.
I don't understand what the mistake is. I can barely see the details of the pic.

the best thing to do in a case like that is to let the vendor figure out how to make the part. just give the a drawing of the part and let them do it.
What is the mistake? The Swept flange has a few options that need controlled.
Not quite sure about the question but this would be made much easier as a spinning instead of rolling sheet metal in my opinion.
