Just received this description of a new job posting:

Metal Fabricating Co. looking for a CSWA (minimum) who will be responsible for operating SolidWorks, developing flat sheet metal blanks from your 3D part drawings, incorporating our press brake tooling into SolidWorks for proper Bend Deductions and programming multiple machines including lasers, plasmas, and press brakes. We would also like this individual to be able to perform Quality Control in our shop which consists of detailed inspections of our parts and entering this information into Excel spreadsheets for our customer’s records. This is a full time position with a growing company that has just recently added SolidWorks to their company.Organizational skills are also a must as we are a job shop with multiple customers and the filing of parts/drawings in a convenient way is a must for repeat orders. Knowledge in the metal fabricating industry and tube/pipe weldments is a major plus for interested applicants.
