The code That I was given from SW for my home use user will not allow me to do any updates.
What can be done to get my home install up to date to 07 2.2

It's a pain, but you'll have to use your "work" serial number and download it.
We are running SNL and I told the users here to come ask me and I'll copy it to a jump drive for them.

I did that save it at work to my thumb drive. Now I'm getting that error 1311 thats posted on the site.
