Has anyone run across drawing files that produce missing views when converted to PDF using the SolidWorks to convert task in EPDM?

Out of about 2600 SolidWorks drawings we have a collection of 26 of them that won't produce good PDFs.  What seems to be happening is the drawing file needs a rebuild to properly show all the views.  For some reason, these 26 drawings need to be rebuilt everytime you open the file.  A save after the rebuild does not fix the issue for the next time the file is opened.  I have not been able to find out what is causing this.
