Hi guys,
So i created this geometry and i needed to made an extrude cut.
Thing is this gerometry is curved so the cut has 'left overs" which i want to smooth out with the relevant faces.
Any tips on how to do that, or to extrude in a way which I wont have these left overs?

Delete & Patch worked for me. Make sure you zoom right in, there are two surfaces you need to select for it to work, one is very small.

In the attached picture I want to cut the marked faces in an angle of 1.5 degree (preparing to make a mold out of it).
How would you recommend doing that? the surface is curved

It errors my entire model when I try it
You're applying mathematical theorems to construct geometry not shooting beebees at a can. f you get an error, take the time to read it and investigate it.
Try creating the draft using the parting line option and select the edges where your draft faces intersect your model. If it gives you an error, post the full error message.
As soon as I press the 'draft' feature it errors most of my model, if that's any help.
It does the same if I try and use delete face + patch and cancel my selection:
I think its best for me to recreate the model with minmilizing the amount of "mcgivering" I did along the way, now that I can see the bigger picture more clrearly I can avoid being pushed into these corners with the first couple of features.

so the draft feature is being created but it's causing rebuild errors on your model-you think.
Since you usually put drafts at the bottom of the tree (specifcially for this reason) it would be unusual for them to cause rebuild errors.
The only way that happens is if your model contains circular references. That's when an equation or external reference for a feature high in the tree depends on a feature lower down the tree. I don't see the draft feature in the model tree in your screen capture, so I'll assume you tried to add it to the bottom of the tree. It's more likely that the rebuild errors aren't related by your draft feature but are just exposed when the model is rebuilt after adding the draft. Your problems start with your Combine feature. I'd check to see what's wrong with that.
Lets do this, discard your changes and re-open the file so that it doesn't have the rebuild errors and add the drafts using the "Manual" settings not the "Draft Xpert" settings and again, use the parting line options to add the draft at the bottom of the tree.
Error happaned as soon as I pressed the draft key.
I fixed the model from the start, now I have a question about draft. In the attached pic I want to draft it inwards instead of outwards, resulting in removing material insted of adding,. I dont want to pass the brown line where the rib and body meet.
And advice?

your model works on my post Case4-klf.sldprt-
for me this would be a two or three multi-part,
to keep control of fiddley bits and clarity,
and then merge/subtract to one body,
Ctrl-q, usually finds weak points in a model,
and should be dealt with before continueing,
or repair with roll-back bar what ever works.
