Hello,
Here's what we are trying to do. I have built a part, which is anodized. This anodizing changes all the dimensions of the part equally by a small number, since the coating has a thickness. We generate a drawing which shows the anodized part dimensions, but we also would like to generate a second drawing which shows the PRE-anodized dimensions.
This sounds crazy, but is there a way to automatically reduce all the dimensions of a part by the same number? Can anyone suggest a way to generate our pre-anodized drawing, aside from manually adjusting every dimension?
Thanks for any advice!

Try making a second configuration of the part and do a Shell Outward feature with the anodize thickness (or more accurately half the anodize thickness since anodize builds into the surface as much as out). It will end up being a hollow part but that shouldn't matter if you are just dimensioning the outside of the part. If you wanted hidden lines visible or needed to do section views or something where you don't want the part hollow you could copy the part body before the shell, then shell the copy and then combine/add the original body with the shell.
And of course in the configuration for pre-anodize you would suppress all of these features.
