So, I'm hoping someone actually knows why this happens.
Itseems basic to me, like I'm just missing something easy.
I am trying to edit a part that I created in SW2006. It is avery complex part (a couple hundred features), which already hasabout every solidworks feature type used in its creation (surfaces, offset surfaces, solid shapes, already has some fillets etc). As one of the final features, I'm trying to add a boss that'sa partial boss and partial cut (see attached image).
Normally for features like this I fuss around with fillet sizes andthe order they are in to get it to look right. I was hopingthat FilletXpert could just take care of this for me (that seems tobe why it was created). Why can't I use it in this instance? Any ideas?
